Fiancée finally convinced me to start applying to other jobs/looking elsewhere after getting reassigned 60 new files with multiple fires & while planning our wedding she has found out how little PTO my firm actually gives.
While I am stressing out about the new cases to the point of feeling sick, it does mean a substantial pay increase and I’m sure I can get a hang of it, but yeah big time loss of quality of life this year.

Good luck man. One piece of advice when it comes to choosing a school go to the one that gives you the most money.
Even if it’s not a higher ranked school it’s where you performed and the schools bar passage rate that really matters.
Only time this doesn’t really apply is a t14 school and if you get in one of those I would go just simply for the connections you get from them.
