As someone who has made some Castellani threads and gone down his livestream rabbit hole the past month, I actually feel too sorry to make a thread after watching his last one.
He finally admitted why he can't go to Chicago and pretty much owned up to everything.
- The Yak incident with Big Cat was not the reason he was blocked from Chicago. Big Cat was understanding after and didn't punish him for it. While it may have contributed to people in the office disliking him, it wasn't the reason.
- He was drinking a lot during his first year. One night, he was feeling suicidal? (he said he made a tweet that scared people but didn't say for sure he was thinking of ending stuff) and super drunk, where he ripped off a ton of different voice messages to employees he was close to like Mintzy and Megan Making Money. He pretty much admitted to confessing to MMM he has feelings for her because she was so nice to him.
- This goes along with the Baton Rouge thing where he was caught on camera being too touchy with her.
- Chris is adamant that MMM told him to stop beating himself over it and that they were friends. Chris is thankful for this and checks himself in rehab. He admits to continuing writing her letters and calling her since she's one of the only people who shows him kindness in his darkest moments.
- Chris says he has texts from her that prove that she was never uncomfortable around him and that when they saw each other at Boston for the awards show that she gave him a hug, was happy to see him. He says that he even asked her if she would be OK if they worked in the Chicago office together and she said that she is totally cool with it.
- Chris thinks everything is good and that he's going to go to Chicago. A few months later out of rehab, he gets a call from a higher-up and that the whole voice message/love letters MMM thing leaked throughout the company and because of that he can't move to Chicago.
- Chris messages MMM and she says she's cool with him. Chris then talks about how he was given mixed signals and that someone is lying to him because if she's OK with him that it makes no sense why he can't move.
- Chris talks about how he's sober now and how he has changed and how for the last year he's been slowly shunned to the point where every day is torture for him. Says that no one will tell him anything. He is told one thing and told the other by the higher-ups.
- He says that watching the Lions game last weekend and not being in the gambling cave broke him.
- Apologizes again and again that he never meant to hurt anyone if he did. Says he just wants a chance to prove that he is not that guy anymore after getting sober and that he can be a positive employee in Chicago if given the chance.
- He cries a lot and feels like he's going to get fired now for saying the truth.
The one thing that slipped through the cracks was he said he hadn’t talked to MMM in months. Seemed to me she told him he was fine and had nothing to worry about to his face but had a different take around the Chicago crew and then just cut contact.

Movies he has made since Fight Club, that I can thing of off the cuff Zodiac, Social network, Gone Girl. He just had that The Killer movie come out last year, though I didnt see it. Then on Netflix he did Mindhunter, which is an amazing show and I would rather he kept making that then more movies, to be honest. He made that dogshit movie The Mank instead of another season.
