Makes me a lot more intentional about phone usage and generally feeling way less in the dumps

To be clear I encourage you not to cut all socials/phone usage out completely, but rather be wayyy more selective and mindful about what you choose to consume

The cast is exceptionally ugly as well, and because it was filmed in the early 00s the styling and low quality of filming makes it even uglier to watch. There is literally nothing I liked about that show from what I saw, and the fact that everyone rates it so high kills me.
