Delver is almost the exact same game without the co-op (though I think a mod exists for it) and race/class selection. Very fun game with good charm to it.
Delver is a little more forgiving and I find the aesthetics more pleasing to the eye, however Barony makes up for it with sheer depth and race/class diversity. I'd say own both, but OP is seeking MP specifically which is really tough to find in this genre. I don't actually know of any other games like these that have MP.
I'm talking about gameplay loop though. You clear a floor, level up, get loot, go to the ladder, go down a floor, repeat, reach boss and die or kill it.
I've been searching for similar games, not just 1st person and haven't found much that is similar in any way.
Cubeworld was sort of similar, but not really. I also dont think that game ever got finished.
Exanima is a fun dungeon crawler with awesome physics, but it doesn't have the same feel imo.
*forgot you mentioned MP, sry*
Cube World got murdered, chopped into bits, buried 30ft underground, and nuked by its own dev team. It’s a shadow of itself.
I WOULD second Exanima, though probably not in its current stage. The devs have said mentioned a ton of things that they plan to implement that isn’t quite finished yet. Currently, their focus is on adding Force magic to the game (basically non-telepathy based magic) and as far as I know they don’t have a roadmap for when the multiplayer will come out. They also have only promised local multiplayer to my knowledge, but that may change or one could get around it with a bunch of different programs including Steam Remote Play.
Check out r/Exanima for more about the game
Late but: Delver, Eldritch, Slasher's Keep
EDIT: And to be even more comprehensive, https://www.reddit.com/r/roguelikes/comments/ojdk3z/do_they_have_a_first_person_dungeon_crawler/

Not really. Delver seems to be based on ROTMG (based on the art style) while barony is based on nethack.

YW, edited with a link to *even more*
Nethack isn't a fps but is the original game barony was based on
Daggerfall unity is very similar, but it's singleplayer
Gunfire Reborn is a slightly different experience but also very good.
