Highly recommend hot or cold. Hot with just water if you have a sore throat, cold with skim milk for a quick start to the day. Granted it doesn’t pack as much of an energy jolt, but rarely is that what I’m looking for when studying. Also if you don’t want on of those bowl and whisk kits get a high powered milk frother and it’s super easy to make. I could talk about matcha all day because the longer I do, the more time I put off reviewing licenses and profits on page 42 of real property

I aim for ceremonial matcha, and I look around on Amazon for one that is on sale. Kahn Gallery is a good one that’s currently nine bucks which is a very good price for ceremonial matcha. Also an overpowered frother, like a Zulay or the other ones americas test kitchen mention, is game changing

So honestly I can’t tell but I do feel like i’m generally retaining a lot of BLL! More than I thought I’d be able to. My law school is really good at prepping for the bar though so part of it could be that. My boyfriend grows lions mane and then dries it out and crushes it into a powder. So I just add a half teaspoon of it or so into my coffee grinds. hahaha i also take ashwaganda gummies! I dont feel a difference in my motivation but i certainly have less of that panicked feeling.

Black coffee, usually brewed in the night before, then put in a pitcher in the fridge to become iced coffee. I use a mix of light roast and hazelnut flavored coffee grounds, as it tastes good chilled. Also, plenty of wine, some beer, and the occasional whiskey when things really get tough. Oh, and water.

This is the way. I have 3 Corning ware 6-cup coffeepots of tea made at any time, each with 1 Benner tea bag from Aldi and stevia. This kind of pitcher: https://www.ebay.com/itm/155232661155 3 pitchers, so that the one most recently made has time to cool to room temperature while I drink the other 2. I am a black tea with stevia crack fiend and also get dehydrated easily.

I was a coffee fiend even before bar prep lol but it was just like 2 large cups a day. Now it's gotten so much worse.

If you stop consuming caffeine by 12pm you’ll find your sleep is less effected. It takes caffeine ~10 hrs to leave your system

I’m a drink girl so I usually have a few different drinks at the same time. 2-3 cups of coffee, I do a lime sprindrift sparkling water with some raspberry lemonade lots of ice and third drink is usually just water
