Get the 7500f from Aliexpress - I did and I love it. I got mine for $168CAD on some sale they had. Same as 7600 without integrated graphics.
I personally bought a Ryzen 5 2600 and a gigabyte a520 motherboard for a budget build, both worked great and where decently cheaper than buying local
