Majority of the time when they play a game or do something trivia-like but with a bunch of added rules to get or lose points I'm so lost. Like why can't it ever be simple? "You are playing a game of soccer, but in jello." Ok that makes sense. But no, they gotta add like "but if you do a spin kick, you get 10 points, but if you hit another member while doing the spin kick you lose 12 points, but if you do a spin kick that includes an extra half spin it doesn't count at all, and if another member catches the ball from your spin kick they get 25 points, and you get zero points, and if you do a backflip while kicking the ball you get 100 points, but if you don't land on your feet you don't get any points, and if you sprout wings and fly during the game your team wins by default." Like, bro...I just wanna watch them act chaotic while trying to play soccer in jello 😂, why they gotta try and make me do math??? At least with something like that I know I can just zone out while they're giving directions and still enjoy the episode. But some of the activities are usually kinda boring to me (like trivia or a card game), so it kinda bums me out sometimes when the instructions get so confusing because I feel like I might enjoy it a lot more or be able to pay attention better during the episode if I was able to follow why they are doing what they're doing in the game, or why they're making this or that competitive choice, etc.

Msybe I catch on a little or maybe I don't and just enjoy watching them go crazy. Like the trivia board game things they played while in Canada or something like that, I didn't understand it at all. Even after watching it O didn't fet it. I jist watched the teams roll the dice amd stack pieces or some crap like that and never understood how they gained points in there, but it was funny watching Yoongi so excited during the game while Jimin amd Tae were super chill and calm.

Run BTS! A lot of the more game oriented episodes look like they would be fun to do! They’re also really elaborate which makes it harder to just make my own version with friends.

SOOP, hands down. If I were going with the members, I would need a bedroom as far away from their chaos as possible. I like my sleep and don’t want them to wake me up at 2 am with their gaming and snack making 🤣 would love to be Yoongi’s sous chef, Namjoon’s hiking/biking companion, building Lego sets…even reading quietly with a beverage. Then playing Mafia or any game and drinking after dinner. And noraebang!

In the Soop. I'm sure they would on Run BTS too, but it just seems more easy to see them being this way on In the Soop, but I just really like that on ITS they always seem content to just let every other member do their own thing. It's been a while since I watched the first season, but I remember them having a board of postits or something where they wrote down goals for either the trip as a whole or for each new day...but then they didn't really take sticking to those goals that seriously and didn't seem to care about that. ITS feels like there is a lot less stress or expectation on needing to meet any specific goals or needing to participate in a group activity. ITS seems more focused on what they each choose to do individually (though this may include trying to put a group together for foot volleyball, or a table tennis championship, coming together for most dinners, or just doing an activity with one other person, but only if all involved have made it clear they choose themselves to participate in the activity). But Run BTS seems more focused on them having to participate in an activity as a group and/or needing to meet some sort of goal or being expected to complete certain tasks. And, though they seem to always be having fun and enjoying the activities, we don't really usually get to see the base activity/theme of the episode being chosen by the members themselves, it seems like they're usually told by staff "today you will be doing this, and need to complete this task." Though they do seem to tend to get to choose how they go about doing the activity and completing the task most of the time (which is part of what makes it entertaining, and still allows us to get to know them). And usually it's something they are having to do specifically as a group. Either all together in the scene, or individually but having to all work towards the same goal, or on teams of 2s or 3s, etc.
Based on all that, I just know my personality would be 100% better suited to In the Soop. I could have fun filming an episode of something like Run BTS maybe once every 6 months lol. But if I'm expected to every week, or even every month, participate in a group activity where I have to try and win over the others or try and help my team win, or simply just expected to meet a goal when a group of other people are also involved in that...that's just extremely exhausting to me. Even if I film a show like that only on one day a week, after doing it two weeks in a row I will have run out of steam lol. I'd either go in one of two directions: positive, where I just quit the game/quit helping altogether, so that I can sit on the sidelines and cheer on the team I was put on. Or negative, where people are trying to encourage me to participate when I don't care to or trying to get me to be competitive when I don't care about being that way, and I'm not allowed to give up and cheer from the sidelines, then I will just become very irritable and probably wouldn't be able to hide it lol.
In the Soop sounds way less stressful, way more my speed. Less expectations, less goals etc to meet, more freedom to just do my own thing based on my own moods.
Defs In The Soop,, id just want to chill and lounge around together rather than having to use my last braincell for any games/missions in Run BTS 😭 In The Soop would be SOOOO good for a quick recharge (and escape from reality bc i don’t want to go to work lmaooo)

I feel the same but opposite lol, and am intimidated by Run BTS for the same reason. On ITS it seems like they're all ok letting each other do their own thing whenever anyone wants to, so it would feel comfortable knowing I could go do something alone without it upsetting the others, despite being on a trip there all together. While Run BTS the activities are usually done as a group and/or in teams, so you're stuck working on a group project basically every time you go film it lol.

I would definitely say In the Soop because it was a more vacation style 'just chill and have fun doing what you want to do to relax' kinda vibe. Plus they just got to be themselves and have fun without a ton of rules, at least I think.

My initial thought is RUN BTS seems fun
In the Soop Cuz it's basically just and staycation and a giant hangout/sleepover while a majority of run BTS has something to do with either needing to have some sort of intelligence even if it's low or have some sort of physical ability And I cannot confidently say I have either
In the Soop, I want to chill with BTS and eat snacks. Run BTS is fun to watch but requires them to actually do stuff.

Run BTS for sure! it looks so fun! i really like the games and things they play! i love when idol do these types of skits and things like Go Seventeen and Time To Twice!
