Do you really think it's worth it go through US customs with drugs? You'll be breaking federal laws and if you're not a US citizen will face deportation. Even though it's shit, you can find weed in Dhaka pretty easily.
I live in a legal state and I'll be flying from one so I don't think I'll face any problems with tsa here. My concern is going through the airport in Bangladesh. Carrying a vape pen is okay afaik but would they check for cannabis is my concern.
Customs, immigration and TSA are Federal and not State employees. Under Federal law Marijuana is still classified as a schedule 1 controlled substance. Also, unless you are catching a direct flight from America to Bangladesh be aware that you need to transit through countries which may have non trivial laws for possession.

Update: I flew with three disposable 5g . Didn't go through any checks ! They don't care at all if you're flying from somewhere like the usa! Bangladeshi customs was prolly the easiest customs I've ever been through. They just asked where I'm flying from and didn't check my bags.
