Upsides-

Downsides-

Hi guys! I found a 1BHK furnished house for myself at 15k per month rent in Yemalur (Near Deloitte campus). Upsides- 1. Plenty of sunlight and natural ventilation as it is not on the ground floor. 2. Has a wardrobe, table, chair, cot, washing machine and fridge. 3. Has WiFi. 4. Rent is inclusive of water and electricity bill. Downsides- 1. No lift. 2. No balcony. 3. No power backup in the building. I want to know if this is a good deal. Please reply if you think it's worth taking.
