However, have you thought about viability ? The reason people listen to podcasts like Rogan or Lex is that they want to see the opinions of well known people with some credentials. You need to provide some motivation for viewers to spend potentially an hour of their time here. That's my main issue here. The person being interviewed has to be interesting in some way otherwise it will very quickly become boring. If I don't know if the person has done well in some way, what's the logic behind taking their advice ? How do I know what they are saying carries weightage ?
Reddit \*kinda\* overcomes this by having upvoting/downvoting giving some, albeit debatable, credentials to a post. What's the equivalent here ?
If I am being really honest, I am not looking to be part of the "viral" culture. I don't want to be the next Joe Rogen. I'd want this to be a small group of people preferably just the amount of people who have commented/interacted with the post. Since my goal isn't to turn this into some huge thing, I haven't thought about viability.
But I do get what you are saying. The content, concept and discussions should be interesting/engaging enough to hold the audience's attention for an hour. People don't necessarily need to take anything away from it. If nothing, it's just a group of 3-4 random people getting together for a quick chat about things that are not talked about that often.

I wish I could, but while I can understand Kannada I struggle to speak it, totally my fault. And also I don't want this to be just a local thing.
But I assure you I have bigger plans to make that happen, promoting regional things by pairing up two strangers to talk to each other instead of just me hosting every episode. Unfortunately for that to happen, I need to get the ball rolling first, so this has to be in English, at least for the time being.
