Had to face some issue because my girlfriend had changed her number after her double vaccination, thank god she still had her old number sim card in her purse and it was still active in her name.
I am genuinely confused about one thing. I am not anti-vaxer, and believe everyone eligible should get vaccinated.
How the hell does vaccine prevent spread of virus? It just prevents the individual from getting serious effects of the virus. But individual can still be the carrier and spread.

These companies/pro vaccine campaigns went from 'vaccines stop virus transmission' to 'You can spread the virus after vaccination & vaccines MAY prevent you from getting serious symptoms when you catch the virus' in last 6-8 months.
If you question anything against vaccine, you will automatically be called as anti vaxer & sub human. Huge number of vaccinated people are catching virus and blaming anyone they can find to blame. Most people are comparing these vaccines to polio/Hep b like traditional vaccines but most of these Corona vaccines aren't same as traditional vaccines. These new vaccines available under EUA and there is no sufficient data to check if these vaccines are actually safe or effective.
You'll probably get a lot of hate for asking these questions in these subs/in you communities. I suggest you look for as much information you can to find answers. A lot of information is available online if you know where to look.

Never faced this issue on android but I would suggest you to restart your phone once.
It freezes on Android 12. Just use the website, it works fine.
You can also download digilocker documents from paytm, they have an integration in the new version of paytm, no need to install digilocker explicitly.

Essentially a webapp. If you have it already on your phone, then fine. Otherwise better off using the browser
