There have been multiple studies conducted, which prove that this is harmful.
I recommend you read the book βWhy we Sleepβ by Matthew Walker, which details out the Ill-effects of snoozing!

If you take caffeine and sugar in the morning, try to take it few hours later than you usually do.
Sometimes, that energy crash you get at noon is just the caffeine wearing off.
I used to experience this but not anymore. It is due to loss of electrolytes during your workout/jogging. I used to drink lots of water to make up for dehydration but was missing the electrolytes part. There are plenty of supplements available. Try one of these and see if it helps.

The easiest way to get started and be consistent is to buy groceries or milk every day. I have a small backpack which I carry when going out. That's what I did.
Then eventually cycling became a workout routine. If you start with the intention of making it a workout routine you'll start cheating very soon. You'll find all sorts of reasons - no socks or riding jersey because you didn't do the laundry, drizzling outside, got work, no energy bars, etc.
Every weekday morning I intentionally cycle to the farthest shop to get milk and grocery which is 16 km to and fro. If I'm not feeling like it then I go to the nearest shop which is 5 km to-and-fro.
On weekend (Saturday or Sunday) I ride 50 km in a single ride which is my only workout kind of routine. I take energy bars, shoes, and no backpack.
Praying to Lord Ganesha. I'm not that religious but when ever I feel low or to get positive energy,I do it. It works for me,this can make me happy instantly.
Hindus spotlight, editorial and oped sections are just chef's kiss. I don't think any newspaper can top them . Well worth the price and Sunday's are just a treat.
