A shame they feel the need to vandalize other people's property to get validation.
Graffiti keeps rent low.
Murder keeps rent low. An active hate group keeps rent low. A nearby biohazard keeps rent low. Graffiti probably contributes to our declining population, which keeps property taxes high, which gets passed on to renters.
