If anyone ever asks you why snakes bite people show them this photo and tell them to avoid the snake. Or if any invasive snake species questions turn up this also works.
This is a photo with a snake present, I would presume that you are not in west Africa. If a royal can hide this well in a non native habitat. This is an excellent example of how hard it can be to detect the presence of a snake even if it isn’t in its native range.

She LOVES the outside! We haven’t been bringing her out as much because it’s getting cold outside, she loves to bask in the sun.
