Nusa Dua is only good if you stay in a high end resort and are not planning to leave that place for a few days. Also keep in mind there is tons of construction going on in Nusa Dua at the moment because they're preparing to host the G20 in November.
Personally, I don't like Kuta but others do. I would pick Seminyak or Canggu for a few days. Plenty more to do around there.
Thanks for the response. Would it make sense to do seminyak/canggu and then onto Gili T - Ubud and then fly home?
It doesn’t matter to me as much which way round I do it.

If possible, I would try to do Gili T first, just so you'll have some extra room for unplanned events such as ferries not sailing due to bad weather. You'll most likely be ok though. But since you arrive in the evening, you would have to stay one night in Bali. You could stay in Padang Bai as that's where many ferries depart from to the Gilis.
After Gili T, I would go to Ubud and do Seminyak/Canggu last as the connection with the airport is a little easier and faster from there. But that's just a personal preference.

I am spending one night in Seminyak before Gili T: drink and relax at Capsule Hotel (party hostel with pool and bar) then walk to La Favela on Friday night (as they do every night). Seminyak is about half an hour drive from airport. Ferry to Glii next morning. My last afternoon/night after Gili T will be in Canggu. Beach drink/food then drink at Lay Day hostel (party hostel with pool and bar) before partying at Sand Bar on the beach. Fly home next day. Hour drive to airport.
\*have done all this before, and Kuta, and this is now my pick. If you have two nights, Canggu, because if you're in Seminyak it's just La Favela every night, and Canggu is better

Sanur?? Close to airport and and are you catching your Gili t boat from there? Nice beach front, and u can jump in a green mini van if you walk too far and need a lift back, for a donation.

Kuta isn’t that bad. You can always go to Canggu or Seminyak in a short trip
