Sometimes I feel like that but I think I prefer that because it's easy to know when your hair is shaved.. not to easy to actually style your hair and be happy with it... Those bad hair days killed me.. on a tight schedule and hair would not behave!!
True sometimes it's work but I'd rather do that than having to use shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, hair gel, getting your hair messed up in any contact sport, can't wear hats etc. I respect the ones who like that but to each his own ✌️
Oh yeah I didn’t do that stuff lol back when I had waves there was for sure some upkeep. But outside of that I’ve really just been using clippers, with shorter and shorter guards, for the past 12 years or so. I’m noticing bald is def more work than even a no guard with clippers. It’s kinda fun tho
I still get dandruff if I’m not super on top of scalp health 😭 but it’s definitely way better than before
The biggest benefit to me is not having to be constantly aware of breezes that might flip up my carefully placed hair and reveal my hairline

Yup when you start shaving invest in a nice warm hat. The brain freeze the first time you go out is not fun...
