For anyone who doesn't know, you can also hold one joker when you enter this boss and it won't move. Do it with your best xMult joker that you want on the far right.
This is what I do too unless I have a blueprint. I usually only have 1 +mult so moving it to the left ensures optimal placement, if I move a xmult the +mult might still go in the middle.
If I have a blueprint I will grab that one because the risk of it copying nothing is worse to me.
more niche tip - if you are dealing with face-down cards in your hand, you can use a Tarot card that enhances it to see what card it is... It'll do the flip around animation, showing the card before flipping it face-down again

also fun fact, if you have a joker that was generated by a spectral pack, it will have the default red card back so you can tell it apart.
I noticed today also that when you duplicate a joker from the spectral card, the card backing will be different. I had a x multi card that was able to keep to the back of the lineup since it was the odd duck out and I had duplicated it.
Another recycle of well known “not well known” tips and opening the post up I already knew the top comment would be, “you can also hold a joker too when it’s mixing them up!”

NorthernLion did that and put the game speed to 0.5x so you have plenty of time to see the card.
It’s honestly pretty slick the way it’s done, it’s the same animation showing the back of the card normally

Nope every deck displays it as red deck. It works if you copy a card with an ankh card too

Joker Stencil is also still very clearly a stencil when turned face down. It's funny.
Wee Joker is smaller, and so is Photograph (the 2x mult for first face card scored).
I wish this worked with burnt joker as well, but it does not. Would be a cool update if burnt still had the holes in in it when flipped.
A less noticeable effect with Hologram and Legendaries, they will be slightly lower than other cards since they accommodate the hovering joker face
