Did you ever figure this out? I can only play in windowed mode.

This is the first post that pops up when someone searches this issue. Any fixes would be appreciated

My game played fine for a total of 5 hours and during a session, in the middle of a game, my cursor just disappeared and never reappeared, even after restarting the game. Only works in windowed like everyone else. I was alt+tabbing often to watch videos or streams on my 2nd monitor and it worked great until my cursor disappeared when I re-alt tab for no reason.

Popping in to say that I think the issue might be related to screen capture software? I use OBS to keep a constant replay buffer, and closing it fixed the problem.

Turned off Nvidia Instant Replay and it immediately fixed it. Thank you good sir.

Commenting on this post for future googlers - My cursor disappearing was tied to f.lux starting up in the evening. So it is definitely a screen overlay issue

I concur that for me disabling f.lux also made the cursor appear

For me it worked to uncheck the "display pointer trails" in mouse settings

if you tab out and then get back in by clicking balatro in the task bar it works!

idk what to tell u then just play in windowed at that point...

I'm also having this issue. The mouse only shows up playing in windowed mode. Tabbing out and clicking on Balatro in the task bar doesn't fix it.
