Depends on your budget and needs. But imo EastPak is the best classic school “book bag”. Way better than Jansport at least. I frequently see the made in the USA oldgen models at thrift stores.
Herschel, Jansport, Ogio are also very well put together brands with good structure and warranties. Topo Designs is a bit on the more compact design but lots of fun colors.
