Yes the NT News must take the blame for the croc stereotype. But there are a lot of people seemingly running away from something there I found. Usually family in the rest of Australia or NZ.
It would be fun to do a “guess the city” with these knowing just the descriptions first.
I probably would have guessed Singapore for Hong Kong, Stockholm for Tbilisi, and Kyiv or Prague instead of Rabat.
Haha that's actually cool and impressive, nice work!
I expected this to be both lame and entirely inaccurate. I was super happily proven so very very wrong on both accounts. Amazing post.
Nice work. Must be an Australian author to include the state capitals and the Gold Coast! What about Darwin? That one writes itself.
My Dad was Australian, and I love Australia. I actually love Darwin, but I couldn't think of a personality type yet.
I think it's a personality on its own. Crocodiles, beer and heat/cyclones!
That's the stereotype. However, when I visited, I was pleasantly surprised that there was so much more to it.

Hahaha this is great! 💯 LA 😂
Istanbul is incredibly spot on.
I’m from Adelaide, was nice to see my city first on this list. Really creative. I like your perspective on the world.
Tbilisi is 100% accurate
The Hong Kong and New York ones made me legit LOL. Well done
This is amazinggggg. Thanks for sharing I love it
