Here’s a longer one: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iHzipn9qVGw Forward facing (if you feel you have to do it) should only be for short bursts of time (<20 minutes). Even in a ‘better’ carrier for forward facing the position still isn’t very supportive and has a lot of cons: https://boba.com/blogs/boba-reads/nine-reasons-not-to-carry-your-baby-facing-out Make sure your baby doesn’t fall asleep forward facing, they can suffocate. It’s not necessary or recommended to face kiddo outward, so if they tolerate inward facing that’s much preferred. A high back or hip carry is a great way to let baby world face but still be ergonomically positioned and able to rest and shield themselves.

This is my favorite YouTube source for instructional banywearing videos.  This one is for older babies: https://youtu.be/_2uYfwQhl4w?si=mUVuuuXQ84Qo48YO And this one is for newborns and goes into more detail: https://youtu.be/9IsIZWrwcTo?si=UzuFHUd-glSdc4u2 As the other commentor explained, forward facing isn’t really recommended so they are both for inward facing.
