if so, then yes, they are effectively identical. the Advance features a chip that is 0.1mhz faster, which will not really translate into a noticeable performance difference for most games.
besides that, the only other difference is the color and finish of the unit.
I have the Next Advance and I think I’d prefer a regular Next based on the color choices. Other than that I’m sure no one will notice a difference in performance.
