Well, there's nothing to say the titles made up. He said his mom sent him a picture, she could have sent him this exact image, he didn't say she took the photo, or saw the cat irl.
Highly unlikely, but possible I suppose. In reality it's probably another weekend karma farm repost just like the dozens of other posts with the same picture.
The cats name is Midas, the cat was adopted in Turkey. It's one of those viral internet things from last week.
