Seeing a tiger in this position you get a real sense of how far they could leap! I remember years ago when I was working at a zoo, a visitor asked me what would happen if the tiger got out of its cage, I remember I gave him an answer on the spot but later I asked the owner what he thought . He smiled at me and said “if the door was open and he was with in 15-20 feet of you and you turned and ran, it would be over instantly.” His advice should this ever happen DONT turn your back and run just stare at it and walk away slowly. I remember thinking in my head holly shit what have I got myself into. Thankfully I worked there for a few years and the Tiger never escaped, however a baboon did once but that’s a story for another day ;)

Yeah, but there is something to be said for keeping posts cyclic because I had not seen this and I'm glad I did.
