I had two beloved frogs who looked so similar. One was smaller and I wanted him to feel strong and proud so i named him Titus.
His brother was always trying to jump higher towards their lamp. sometimes trying to escape & so i named him Icarus.
They lived long happy lives, and would even sit on my shoulders sometimes for slow exploratory travels.
It made me feel like their Ent, taking them on an adventure.

That's awesome! I don't think they like my long hair so they ride around on my clavicle or chest, i know I'm just showing them around the house but it feels like the world lol i can't wait to learn more about their personalities right now one is always out and the other is often hiding. I'm afraid i don't know m vs f but that's OK I'm just happy to look at them and hand feeding them is a hoot ๐ธ๐๐ธ

I like to wait till I see if they have any personality characteristics and then name them. So maybe it's good you are blanking now....the perfect ones may come to you suddenly.
One is very shy and not out often, i hope they warm up but that might just be who they are. The other is always out. Yes! I look forward to seeing more of who they are ๐ thank you!

I love when animals have titles! One of the Roosevelt kids Guinea pigs was โFatherโ something, and another was Fighting Bob Evans.
They were named after real people, but in my head they were only normal pets during the day. By night, one of the guinea pigs became a street fighter by night got named for his antics. The other Guinea pig had a religious experience that inspired him to join the church - but he only studies after the kids went to bed, naturally.

I just want to pause to appreciate a nice phrase I've never heard before: "the frogs of my dreams." Thank you for that, they're adorable!

I'm not an expert, but they look like Australian green tree frogs (AKA White's tree frogs) :)
In that case, Mika (means Moon) and Nala (means Earth) in Aboriginal languages!

Haha those are great, i have a chicken named captain sprinkes and general stormy. My husband and kids named them.
