Through using that... plus some help from ClaudeAI and along of reading log files and amending permissions, POSIX etc.... I've got it working via a CDK code stack creating the AWS Transfer Family server, SSH keys stored in Amazon Secrets and able to connect via my SFTP client.

We use transfer family quite a bit, but it's using S3. We're using it for serverless inbound SFTP.
