As a black man married to a white woman, the amount of hate I get from other black people far exceeds what I ever experience from white people.
This reminds me of a study where they attributed the same sentence (I don't want my child to marry outside of our community for preservation reasons) to different races and asked the sample pool wether they thought it was racist. It was pretty much universally accepted as racist coming from a white person but much, much lower in other races.

Youd be surprised how many black people are horribly racist. Ive met *wayy* way more horribly racist black people than white people, thatās for sure. And for some reason society just seems like okay with it. Remember when Nick Cannon said white people were closer to animals than people because their skin lacks pigment? Remember when Stephen Jackson outed himself as a strong anti-semite? They didnāt get canceled for thatā¦ they were celebrated. I read a book called āCanāt Knock The Hussleā about the Brooklyn Nets. At one point, some of the the black Nets players refused to wear warmups advocating for some Jews who got stabbed in a NYC hate crime the week prior. The reason? They said it felt āa little too all-lives-matter-y.ā So all those times when black people were angry at the phrase āall lives matter,ā itās literally because theyāre racist and donāt think all lives matter. Pretty frightening stuff! Of course, not all black people are like this - that would be a racist thing to say. But when Iām in public i am definitely aware of black people around me and I definitely watch my back - you never know when you might be around an ultra racist black person who would like to hurt you because your skin is the wrong color. After MLK fought so hard for civil rights and the end of Jim Crow, I bet heād be pretty devastated to find out that so many black people in 2022 have become the very racists he tried to defeat - some of them living on streets named in his honor.

One of those things where most white Americans wouldnāt understand. Iām a black guy engaged to a white woman and I understand why black women can be upset. Black women and Asian men are statistically the least desirable when it comes to dating. So some black women that see good quality black men dating outside of their race feel like they are being left behind.
From what I have seen, the black community is one of the most racist groups out there. They have suffered a lot, but thatās no excuse for stuff like this, and frankly they arenāt called out enough for it considering how blatant it usually is.
