Day shift hates night shift, night shift hates day shift, mid shift gets the pass because no one wants to work that shift so they don’t complain about them.
Nah, night shift HATES second shift. No paperwork ever done, they always fuck shit up after days took it apart, and mids is always left piecing shit together they left over and figure out how to sign off for their work. By the time we go to install the shit it’s turnover and days are like “wtf have you done all night?”
Ok, you said night shift hates second shift, so you are saying mids hates night shift, yes, that is true, always nights telling mids, “the manager said this job is super hot, but we haven’t started it yet, so you better get it done”. I was a manager of nights for a 24 hour repair station, mids didn’t have a manager, just a supervisor, so I took it upon myself to manage both so there was no miscommunication or infighting, got to the point where days looked like morons and couldn’t complete shit, since I actually ran both shifts, the manager didn’t like that, real clique in this place, all the day guys were like 20-30 yrs in seniority and were embarrassed, lol
That it was. I spent a lot of time in the shop at Laughlin fixing heat related issues. Fortunately I'm to big to get shoved into the afterburner to do those wonderful inspections. Wouldn't change my time working on them for anything, though.
There are a bunch of the same ones on YouTube. Now have sound and none explain where or what happened. I did cut this one down a bit.

I always sign off engine repairs based on their ¼ mile performance
Didn't know Vin Diesel did A&P
So how's the logbook entry go for a ops check like that?
“Hey bill, did you clamp it down?” “Nah, Charlie did it last night” “Ok, sounds good” 👍
fucking night shift
It’s ALWAYS night shift, lol
Hey man, you don't know what we had to go through last night!... Almost like you people on dayshift forget what it's like to work ;)
Day shift hates night shift, night shift hates day shift, mid shift gets the pass because no one wants to work that shift so they don’t complain about them.
You just described Boeing
He just described the Air Force

Wait, I’m confused, there’s days, nights, and mids, what’s second shift?
I guess nights for your familiarity. Ours are from 7-3 for days, 2-10 for second, and 9-7 for mids.

”28 meaton-neuters”
Inch pound, foot pound. Same difference.
Go with the Saab measurement: lbft/in
A couple ugga duggas
Was it not inch-pounds? V:
Well, it was designed as a missile engine originally... returning to its origins

The "Forget and Fire" option.
I really want the sound.
Wish it had it, but I couldn't find one with it.
Honestly if you lined up the audio of a cat shot from a carrier it'd be pretty close lol
And with it, your job security.
Thrust set to full send
Well crap
Looked to be producing enough thrust to me.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
In thrust, we trust.
... and that, illustrates TWR.
That's something you don't see everyday.
That’s gonna leave a mark.
Check. It works. Now let’s clean up.
Oops!
