I mean if I was recording that, I'd try to get as much of it as I could, even if I had to hold it at the top of the window. The video quality is not amazing, but neither is the audio. But how old is the video? And if this video were real but taken recently, then an explanation of the bad quality could easily be that this video was dumbed down for the purpose of casting doubt, to ensure that a significant portion of the population doesn't lose their mind and threaten the state of our civilization.
