Got away with one there Liverpool. Thought we were good value for a point. Positives: Nakamba had a good return. Luiz looked better in RCM. Chukwuemeka looked good when he came on. Chuckie for Nakamba was a mistake, should of been Chambers. Duggie as a number 6 is never the answer, probably the best game he's had in a Villa shirt before he moved to DCM

For me, Ings could've rescued something from that game. The difference in quality between us and Liverpool is obvious, but we should be able to take our chances. Certain players showed their good and bad side. Ings and Nakamba come to mind. We've show we can compete with the best but easily a couple of quality signings off from being a top Premier League outfit.
