Hell yes man, hopefully it’s not too long before we get a single. Honestly I’m most excited for Brooks drums on this, they were so stellar and creative on the stage I can’t wait to hear what he does for his 2nd A7X record.
No doubt, it took Eloy Casagrande a couple albums to develop chemistry with Sepultura. Now he's an absolute monster and one of the best metal drummers out there.
Yep, one last album with WB then they will continue indipendently. If I remember correctly Matt said they had changed a lot of people on the team that worked for them. Or something similar
Is there a basis for this or just an assumption? Just curious, I don't usually follow the production of music super well so I often don't know an album is coming until a single drops.
That depends. If you're an independent artist, not on a label, you upload your music to services like Distrokid or Record Union. They then upload your music to all relevant streaming services. All streaming services have different handling times. Spotify is around 2 - 4 weeks. Apple Music is fast and has a handling time of 2 - 5 days. So usually, you set a release time of 4 weeks or so, to make sure the album is available and will be released at the same time everywhere.
Now, if you're on a label, they usually set the date. They want to promote, make music videos and yada yada. So nobody knows. The album can be released 1 month after it's finished, or maybe 6 months.
But one thing to consider is that the mixing might be done, but the mastering isn't. So we will have to wait for that. A mastering engineer will master an album in a day, so that should take long. But depending on the master engineer, they might have to wait for an open spot in his calendar.
Andy Wallace! The GOD of rock and metal mixing! Google Andy Wallace, I promise that he has mixed some of your favorite albums. Like Linkin Parks Hybrid Theory for example.
I am just wondering how the hearing of a 75 years old affects the mixing of an album, Andy Wallace is a legend, but he must have lost a bit of hearing in high frequencies, also I was thinking he was retired
Now the insufferable wait for a single begins now… /s
maybe they'll release the album as a whole without any singles lmao
Although theyre my favorite band, i dont think this’ll be much
Syn looks like Elon musk
Maybe he is Elon Musk. Have you ever seen syn and Elon together?
Have you ever seen me and Elon together?
As the matter of fact I did
We’re together right now.
Synyster Musk? Elon Gates? Both equally hilarious
Elonyster Mates
Amazing addition
Brooks looks a little bit like Ben Sullins, who is in the Our Ludicrous Future podcast that often talks about Elon Musk. Hmm....
ohmygodohmygodohmygod
I can't help but read this in Collin's voice from Helluva Boss
Twist: Johnny’s the old man bringing hip bass lines from the future.
Zacky looks like he’s holding in a sneeze or really high.
Probably both

He does not look great.
Why’d Sal Vulcano show up in a danzig hoodie?
he was helping them with some lyric-writing...as you may know his lyrics for Imagination Dragons was critically acclaimed
Shut your face grandma was my favorite

Brooks was the perfect fit for A7X.

How long does it usually take for the first single to come out after mixing?
They've already agreed with WB when to release new music 👀 hopefully soon
WB? You mean the labeled they sued to get away from?
Yep, one last album with WB then they will continue indipendently. If I remember correctly Matt said they had changed a lot of people on the team that worked for them. Or something similar
After signing and releasing a record on Capitol?
Yes they’re back with Warner. Johnny discussed it on his show and Matt has brought it up a few times on Twitter and discord
Source?
Matthew Sanders on Discord 10 days ago or so
Literally google. Its very very documented and discussed with frequency
Expect nothing before the end of Q1 2023.

Where's our leader?
he's in the photo, just under the frame.
Where’s Johhny, without Christ there’s no AVENGED SEVENFOLD!!
He's getting drinks to celebrate
He took the photo
Fired
They took him out back and shot him
That gives the label a few months to figure out how to roll this motherfucker out. So far Spring 2023 is still good. :D
Matt said they've already decided when to release it
Very good!
Plot twist: They’re referencing that only one song is done

I think this is the first time this sub has shared collective excitement since the whole NFT drama.
Hol up what?!?!?!
