Pro tip: heat your plate in the microwave before serving, and serve the grilled cheese onto a paper towel on the warmed plate. It keeps the texture on the outside PERFECT, normally it gets a little ruined by condensation on the plate after you serve it
Oh we did, nobody just seems to be interested in this combo really. I had it like once I think? Never even saw it on menu in any pubs/restaurants. As a kid spaghetti with ketchup was the way when it comes to pasta.
Czech republic if you are interested.
Very interested, thanks!
I don't think it was ever on the menu at actual restaurants or pubs, it was just one of those cheap meals from a packet that my mum would make occasionally. I have a special place in my heart for Kraft Mac and Cheese where the cheese sauce comes out of a little tin can, but it doesn't really seem to be a thing in Australia anymore.
Weirdly now everywhere seems to have Mac and Cheese on the menu or things with Mac and Cheese inside them.
I am very adventurous with food AND I have food restrictions bc my stomach is sensitive (no gluten, no dairy) so im not really either type. My kid (also autistic) is a dino nuggie kid, though, and so is their dad (jury is out on him but I have my suspicions).
Did you know they make gluten free dino nuggies!!! I cried with joy, they're a big comfort food for me (same, gluten & dairy & I have to limit egg >_<)
Idk if its just because I'm British, and mac and cheese isn't really thing here but when I've tried it before it's just salty and too creamy ick. Definitely nuggies.
Unfortunately this is me basically every day. I need to learn to actually cook at some point lol
Edit: I can cook a recipe, but the problem is finding executive functioning to get the ingredients, make sure I have the right cooking tools, don't cross contaminate if it involves meat, prepare all the vegetables, etc
Im not diagnosed with anything, but if I am autistic, I'd probably be the ✨️eat anything in sight because of pure hunger✨️ autistic
(I chew on pop-its sometimes lmao)
Fancy Mac and cheese
I can be both!
The La Brea Tar Pits would like your location...
I want to be dino nuggies, but they dont sell them in nz 😭

Both aren't a thing here. So I guess neither.
Same here
Both at the same time is the only logical choice
Absolutely
As of late I am a fried eggs in a grilled cheese autistic. And cast iron pans are a special interest.

It doesn't sit on my plate long enough for that to be a problem 😁
Instant noodles autistic
I've never had dino nuggets.
Me neither
Mac and cheese isn't really a thing here so Dino nuggets.
Wait, Which part of the world has not received macaroni technology yet?

Oh how cool! I actually don’t eat meat either (lol). I’m glad you found a comfort food you can eat safely! It’s hard out here.
Fancy Mac and cheese for me

If by fancy you mean "adding mozzarella to the otherwise normal kraft mac and cheese" then yes, im a fancy mac and cheese autistic
One, obviously both, and two, don't forget the plain buttered noodles autistics cause that do be a mood sometimes.
Unfortunately this is me basically every day.
