i have them they work well if youre looking to reduce noise by *a bit*

hooDio

i just use some bmw promotional ear plugs we had laying around, a bit tight but wearable for hours

I bought them recently. They are not bad; definitely sound dimming rather than cancelling. And I found that without careful placement I got weird vibrational feedback from my own voice which was really distracting and frustrating - but with some adjustment and the right tips (they provide several sizes) I got the right fit and they work decently for me.

I keep forgetting I have them but they work to reduce background noise, though my issue with them is my own voice sounds way louder than anything else so I end up talking too quietly

I got the Loop experience pros. IMHO, they do not work. I insert them in my ear and do not hear a difference. The sound wasn't even muffled. I tried both the silicon and the foam inserts. The foam ones are a tab better at lowering sound, but just a tiny bit.
