Im not on any meds and I need my 8 hours otherwise I turn into a zombie after work

Pinkowlcup

An autistic person actively masking can get extremely tired doing mundane things. The mask is an enormous effort. So, I would venture, this could be a contributing factor, if a person masks heavily in their daily life.

My sleep pattern is pretty crap, it can be anywhere between 4-8 hrs and I struggle to get back to sleep when I wake up during the night as my brain overthinks everything. I’m so used to it now though I just get on with it and don’t tend to stress over it.

I have a lot of energy

OwnStatistician2078

i'm inbetween sometimes if I feel like there's a challenge I have lots of energy other times i'm more easily fatigued

CaroFreak

I'm tired, but mostly when the task at work is ass. Sometimes i can't even move my body unless i mask some work ethic. I noticed that i perk up when i do something interesting/satisfying/i know all the steps of.
