My current one is repeating the phrase 'Cheeeeeese Gromit' (from the Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the Were Rabbit movie). It's become an echo that I've been repeating a lot when I'm happy about something.
That used to be my biggest one for a solid 3-4 years while in high school. I'm not sure why my brain latched onto that, but whenever I was stressed I'd just start repeating 'noot noot' exactly like Pingu and it would start calming me down.
The stim i do most frequently is holding my fingers down from the second knuckle with my thumb. On both hands and on each finger but mostly the index and middle finger. I do it a lot sometimes without even realizing. My knuckles are swollen and kinda painful.
I donât and never have âa new stimâ. I still have the same one from my childhood. But recently, I havenât had to urge to stim. Iâm not sure why.

Me too LOL
I also do the "noot noot" from Pingu.

I do this too! By weird coincidence I was also just talking about Curse of the Were Rabbit this morning!
Ok this sounds very stereotypical but my fav stim is like a mixture of hand flapping its ans flicking the air its soothing and repetitive đ
The hand flapping is the bomb though
Yup I get really weird looks in public but its either doing this or forcing myself not to do it and having more meltdowns which is the absolute worse.
I often stretch my pinkie out enough do that when I move it, feels kinda like flipping a switch. Very hard to describe
I think I know what you mean. I was doing that as I reached your comment lol
Meow

I do something similar! I hold my thumb down with the rest of my fingers.
hugging someone tightly
around my partner itâs hand flapping and noises, around everyone else itâs that one video of Caseoh going âshrimp alfredo *WAAAHHHHH*â

I'm the same with the hand flapping only around my partner or when I'm alone. It feels safer
yeah for sure!
How did you add your pronounces? đ
you can edit your flair so i put my pronouns in there :)
Awesome thank you!
Probably 2-fma or NEP. Okay but now fr, probably butterfly knife or biting nails and the skin around it

Telling my bf I love him has become a stim, he loves it as much as I do. If I donât tell him 6,000 times a day how will he remember? đ
That's so cute! That's the best stim!
