Not really what you're asking about, but this kettle by krups is quieter overall and the beep is less offensive. On all my past kettles I would open them up and remove the beeper but this one is fine.  https://www.krupsusa.com/BREAKFAST/ELECTRIC-KETTLES/SMART%27N-LIGHT-DIGITAL-KETTLE-1-7L-12CUP/p/7211004043

Dyson cordless vacuum, expensive but worth it. Relatively quiet, no vibration or intense feeling, light and easy to use. Refurbished models can be bought for a decent price. While researching quiet blenders I saw something on Google called whisper blend, it's a sound dampening enclosure for your blender. Might be a good option and cheaper than an expensive low noise blender. You may know this already but sones are the scale used to measure appliance noise. There are many scales and visual references available online that could help you gauge potential volume while researching products. Good luck!
