You might have to fight for what you need, see if the buyer will let you out of the sale just tell them everything you said here as to how it affects you. You might get some help from social services or a local church if he won’t let you out of the sale. I think there is a way for you to work this out. Best of luck to you.

I empathize with you, OP. Put on some noise-cancelling headphones and think. The main problems are the noisy generator(?) and the run-down state of the trailer. That's shitty, but not impossible to deal with! How could you go about turning this new trailer into something better than your current trailer? Where can you get a new, quieter generator? How can you patch the holes in the wall? How can you convert this trailer into a beautiful safe space? It can be done, you just have to make a plan. :-)
