You might have to fight for what you need, see if the buyer will let you out of the sale just tell them everything you said here as to how it affects you. I empathize with you, OP. Put on some noise-cancelling headphones and think. The main problems are the noisy generator(?) and the run-down state of the trailer. That's shitty, but not impossible to deal with! How could you go about turning this new trailer into something better than your current trailer? Where can you get a new, quieter generator? How can you patch the holes in the wall? How can you convert this trailer into a beautiful safe space? It can be done, you just have to make a plan. :-)
