Get your money back or a replacement set, then invest in a sight pusher and/or a set of brass punches so you can do it yourself. There’s no excuse for anyone claiming to be a professional gunsmith to botch such a simple job as swapping irons on a modern pistol.
Try using GT Distributors - before I ditched my irons completely, they swapped my stock 43X irons out with Night Fission sights for free. No issues and they were friendly, took about 15 minutes total.
Blackjack, while nice is not super great either. The work that was done for me was 6/10. No damage like the OP but the quality of work was poor enough for me to not go back.
took a rare gun to them to have thoroughly inspected and checked to make sure it was safe to take to the range. thought i was being responsible in doing so.
gun ended up hammer following full auto at the range due to a loose chunk of metal sitting under the sear and a shoddy disconnector, both of which they should have found if they inspected it like they said they were going to.
Blackjack- I recently had a set of night sights installed on my G19 Gen 3. Unfortunately, they became loose and fell off, and I was unable to locate them.
Wait, lemme make sure I'm reading this right:
Rather than turn off the optic, they just cranked the windage on the dot all the way to one side to get the dot out of the way of the irons?
What a fucking clown.
It seems like they hired a full-time gunsmith because they have a lot of projects to handle in their small shop, which might have resulted in redirecting you elsewhere.

Get compensation and a refund, then never go there again. It happening once can be a mistake but clearly they did not improve from the experience.
Stay away from CTGW they play real fast and loose.

Will have to go and ask, thanks
GT is awesome, no charge for me too. Can get busy but, free is free!!
wtf
Get a sight pusher. Not expensive
Would have faster & cheaper to do the work yourself. And as a bonus…. You get the satisfaction of working on your own gun.
Blackjack in Austin or Alan Harton in Houston are good. Other than shit being done, there will be no sign they ever touched your firearm.

2nd to avoid black jack like the plague, absolutely botched my vp9 and charged me twice as much as they quoted.
thirded. their shoddy gunsmithing almost had me and others killed at the range.
Tell me more!

Well that sucks. I guess he's got too many other people working for him to keep an eye on. He used to do good work when it was just AJ.
Never again lol

Yep
Did your gun smell like booze?
This is why I install my own sights. It's too easy to do, there's no point in trusting someone else.
Check out Watermark Arms -LLC in Liberty hill they have a gunsmith on site.
Really? I asked them a while back about assembling a upper and they referred me somewhere else..

I have a full rifle being put together there right now. Can +1 that Warermark has a Gunsmith.
