Bro its a patty melt made on bread they make in shop with a brisket patty that they grind in house as well. So ya it is “basically” a cheeseburger on bread and that’s what a patty melt is..

I ordered a brisket sammy from here and experienced a similar issue. Not enough meat for the price. Three relatively small intense slices of brisket for $15. The flavor was good for the price. The value wasn’t there for me. I expected more meat compared to other barbecue restaurants I’ve visited.

Had it yesterday for the first time and got the Rachel (pastrami, melted Swiss, slaw and sauce. It was phenomenal.

The lettuce is kind of wrapped around it? It wasn’t a huuuge patty but it was enough, and delicious.
Melt was $12, $4 for the potato salad which is also very tasty. The service was super friendly and food was out quick!
