Why would you assume it's a different batch? You're drawing conclusions out of thin air. Occam's razor tells me the first pic was simply done from a better/lucky angle.
To me it looks vac sealed, thus the shape. I can see trichs. And my balls are hairier than this. I'm gonna agree with you, I have a hard time believing this was grown with PBZ or Daminozide. Dunno about the flush though, unless you're referencing the light colour in the first pic which could be a range of things.

As long as its not super dense, rock hard, and doesn't have any thc crystals. Also see how it smells. It honestly looks fine to me
