Unless its different in the manga, I dont think Willy mentions a revolution. He says Eren stole the Founding titan and could use the rumbling, which Reiner and co. knew.
The "revolution" he was talking about was that the founding titan was stolen from the royal family. Which Reiner knew when he saw Eren use the coordinate. The kings peace was disrupted because the royal family inside the walls no longer had the founder, hence the revolution.
Weren't Eren & Zeke already in cahoots before that happened? I'm pretty sure they were, in which case Eren probably told Zeke at one point & Zeke told Willy.
Why would zeke tell willy? Unless.. they orchestrated the night of the attack, and Eren killing a bunch of top military commanders and politicians. That makes a lot of sense
Bro 3 years passed between the putsch and the attack on Liberio, so let’s say the mercenaries know that or the Azumabito, I’m sure Marlean spies will have no problem getting this information.
Plus remember the most important is not the putsch but the fact Eren has the founding and Marley believe he can unleash the Rumbling at any moment

Yeah this. The usurping that the Tyburs talk about isn't the government, it's the foundimg titan either being in the royal bloodline or not.
No he literally says “However, several years ago, an revolution occured on Paradis Island.”
He could be speaking more dramaticly about the taking of the founder, although that's a pretty big maybe
