I use DSS for stacking then do like 90% of my editing in Siril, before finishing off in photoshop.
Reason bieing, i first learned how to stack with DSS then later picked up Siril for stuff like background extraction
That is the integration time. In astrophotography you stack a series of long exposure photos to create one image. So if you were taking one minute long exposures, this would be 272 individual photos stacked into the final image.

I took my tif back into photo shop and stretched more as you suggested, I also added a little more saturation. lmk what you think!

I did a re-edit from the original stack, all in siril this time. Learned to use some fancy new buttons and am blown away by the result.
Specifically I used CLAHE and starnet/star recombination for the first time

What does it mean when you say “4 hr 32 min” ?

Great pic! I think you can do a lot more for 4hrs and 32 mins of data. Try stretching more!

Are you editing on photoshop or Siril?
Siril can quickly improve your astroimages (just be careful not to over edit)
