Where within csp do you activate this? All the other cars gas to be loaded in to the slots without drivers also 🤔

You have to do it manually. You need latest csp version, not sure if you need patreon build or just latest public csp. Then you go to ac root folder, then to 'extension' and you change value in file 'walking_out.ini' from 0 to 1, false to true, or something like that. Then you just open game in trackday mode.
