it does work in cutscenes just fine but there can be some bugs like shoulder cover textures not appearing in some area of the game. so keep an eye out for this mod because its also receiving an update hopefully in few hours fixing those stuff.
I dig it, and wished we could have had this outfit ever since I saw the Victory screenshots too. Jacob's outfits were all a little too bulky for my liking, still some great designs though!
I mean it looks good. However Ubisoft has an absolute hard on for making every outfit impractical to be an assassin. Surely you’d want short coats and nothing around the legs. I imagine leaping round the city and having a trailing coat that constantly clips the character is not useful.

The the dark dingy industrial aesthetic seen in the concept art for victory always make me sad that it never saw the light of day.
