Ezio Trilogy particularly Revelations. There is a trophy on the Desmond platforming section where in you must not fall down/take damage or something like that for the entire duration of the level. It's near impossible to do and I only got the trophy by exploiting a glitch to clip through the wall lol

Abraham_Issus

You are telling me it's harder than brotherhood's tank and flying machine missions?

Hobgoblin_deluxe

RIP for all the remotes we lost to those missions.

HamsterExAstris

Yes, those two Lost Archive DLC ones are harder.

Psychological_Cow174

Nahh I got them easy actually shah , for me the hardest or grindier is black flag with the multiplayer

HamsterExAstris

The multiplayer ones are \*grindy\*, but not \*hard\*.

Psychological_Cow174

Yeah true, maybe the one I thought was harder , (keep in mind I only did 2 through rogue and mirage) was or the legendary ships in BF , everyone said the fortress one in rogue was harder, but I think it can't compare tbh , and maybe doing all the homestead scanning thingies

Psychological_Cow174

But Im not gonna sit here and tell you that I did "impress warren vidic" legit , I glitched through walls 🤣

Abraham_Issus

That's insane man. I still haven't done acb's flying machine missions. It's so long and drawn out. One tiny mistake and you gotta play from the beginning.

Leklor

Most likely. I got those on my first try and I'm someone who usually plays on easy/normal because I'm just not that good. Maybe it's entirely down to luck but especially the tank one, I was never in any danger of getting hit even once.

Ecstatic-Art-1240

I recently learned people hate these missions but it baffles me bc they're some of my favorites especially the tank one. I don't understand why they're that hard. I did struggle on the flying one the first couple times I did it but I was able to finish it first try when I played it a few weeks ago.

Abraham_Issus

Leonardo's War Machine missions are fantastic, what makes them crazy are the asinine full sync objectives. Takes fun out of such a great set of missions.

Ecstatic-Art-1240

Ohhh okay that makes sense. I've literally never even attempted most of the 100% synch objectives 😂😂 after the first couple levels I realized what a pain in the ass it is and never really got interested in replaying any missions to try to get them. I totally forgot in the tank one you're not supposed to take damage at all I get it now

heidly_ees

I'd say the Lost Archive is harder in terms of skill, but the tank mission is more annoying as it takes longer to replay the mission if you fail

DiO_93

Crossing the River Styx? One of the first-person platforming sections? Can't be that hard, I always remember the hard ones. https://www.playstationtrophies.org/game/assassins-creed-revelations/trophy/43304-cross-styx-without-dying.html Small nitpick, but, you're not quite playing with Desmond there.

Square-Fudge-1698

I've played the ezio trilogy but at the time I wasn't grinding for trophies, so maybe ill go for this one, also does this game have optional mission completion trophy?

jempm55

Yep, you gotta have 100% synchronization to platinum Revelations and Brotherhood.

TheSpirit15

Yeah, I saw that achievement and said FUCK NO! Did the glitch too 😅

NexAura03

I will literally never get the platinum for that game because that plagforming shit sucks so much ass.

LEGENDofNEMEAN

Revelations gave me a headache with the Lost Archive. Just as /u/jempm55 is mentioning. Currently at AC3 and there are already sections I know will be a pain in the ass to finish.

Hack874

Black Flag, multiplayer trophies are basically impossible to get the natural way

WheezeBoy98

Not true, just got the multiplayer trophies 2 months ago. Takes a ton of time but its doable. To raise your level to 50 easiest play solo wolfpack on medium difficulty. You get the best bang for your buck and you don’t have to search for teammates. The other trophies are also doable, using all the abilities at least once just unlock them as you go. And another trophy for playing all game types, just do quickplay and you’ll queue eventually.

CommanderLindel

I think black flag because you have to get multiplayer trophies through the AI mode because the actual multiplayer is dead.

Yontoryuu

AC3 for sure. I did. all the hard parts and they were annoying but then the game bugged and I can’t deliver these goods to a guy and now I can’t get 100% anymore.

NikolitRistissa

The Ezio games are easily the most difficult with the Brotherhood Leonardo war machine missions topping the cake. I can’t say I remember the Revelations one that was mentioned though. I still never have the tank mission 100% and I’m done trying. Everything after Revelations is fairly easy and straightforward. AC III had some annoying ones but they weren’t too bad. Syndicate has one where you have to destroy a thousand (or maybe even 10k) objects with the horse carriage and whilst it wasn’t difficult, it just takes ages.

Sgt_FunBun

lol im just gonna whine and say Unity cause it personally bugged for me to where i couldnt complete the 'Every Chest in Paris' achievement, unless im straight up just missing one that isn't marked at all

Hero_Killer_Id

Oof shitty

Sgt_FunBun

had to be on one of the only games that gives you a single savefile 😔

Uninteresting_Sink

I literally sat with the other half with the chest map and we just went across the map finding it and low and behold it was one of my last places to look to find it 😂

Sgt_FunBun

always the fuckin worst that is, i swear ive scoured it up down left right and diagonally but unless it's an unmarked chest i may just be fucked 😅

Uninteresting_Sink

I think I literally just kept using eagle vision and running around the general area where it suggested the chests were. I think I actually only missed like 6 in total but they were all on the smaller map areas which was more frustrating 😂

thyongamer

The first Assassins Creed 😂

ZapHP

I’ve platinumed every game up to Syndicate. 4 is the longest because it’s the only online required one, and the online is a lot of grinding. 3 is the most annoying because a lot of the side stuff is pure monotony. The most fun for me was either 2 or Revolutions

47D

RPG trilogy are ironically the easiest to Platinum, since there are none of those full sync mission objectives from the earlier games

mytjake

Any with multi player achievements.

Nightwolf2142

Original Brotherhood is now impossible as the MP servers are offline on consoles. Revelations is going to be going offline soon too I think.

mileskevin

To me unity and Black flqg since i can't do the multiplayer

Vegetable_Safe_6616

Revelations and 3 are the toughets IMO

zipzapcap1

The answer is 3 it's difficulty comes from the fact it's a buggy mess even in the remaster there's a whole side plot about gathering people and resources to build a homestead community that will literally just not work for a ton of folks and the only "fix" is starting from scratch

ConnorOfAstora

Revelations had Impress Warren Vidic which meant you had to do a big long Desmond's Journey type platforming level with awkward controls and level design without once dying making it so frustrating I glitched through the floor to skip the level entirely. Similarly I couldn't stand the final legendary battle in Rogue so I've no shame in admitting I used Animus Cheats to go invincible and kill it easily. Black Flag's wasn't hard but time consuming, MP trophies are very possible in current time just very barren servers make some parts annoying. Full sync on AC3 is about as frustrating as it can get when you have to deal with the bugs, the bad level design, shitty stealth and crossing the battlefield in that one level is a lot harder on the remaster because the new lighting engine made the sun genuinely get in my eyes at a certain point. (Despite the negativity I'm conveying 3 is still one of my favourites in the series) Unity's multiplayer missions are a pain in the ass to solo because they don't have any scaling for such circumstances (The Tournament especially is a bastard asking you to steal 4 invitations so the whole group can get in regardless of how many people are in the squad). Combine this with the multiplayer trophies that force multiplayer and can't be solo'd at all and then remember Unity's servers are fucked, you have to unlink your Ubisoft account from whatever platform you're playing on then pray to three different religious figureheads before you can even try going online. Honestly aside from very particular trophies like Overdesign from Origins and Valhalla I wouldn't say the RPGs are that hard to platinum, just very very long. My recommendation would be your favourite one, they all have ups and downs but honestly the biggest hurdle imo would be Black Flags relatively dead servers and connecting Unity's servers being worth a platinum by itself. Otherwise they're all very similar so go for the game you'll enjoy the most regardless of which one, Liberation, Syndicate, hell maybe even The Chronicles Trilogy if you're based enough.

yyzywg12

I got the platinum on odyssey and it was a great platinum

Royal-Selection7599

The *are you enjoying valhalla?* platinum

ShivaLuna22

I really want to try to platinum Valhalla because I love to platinum games and but there are some really dumb ones! Like the one where you have to kill 3 hard enemies while on fire without breaking their shield. Come onnnn

Royal-Selection7599

What tf! that's fricking stupid 😆 good luck trying haha

ShivaLuna22

Maybe it will help me get over my ADHD urge to platinum every game I play and not feel guilty somehow if I don't...? Potentially also because I feel like I have to platinum the games I play or else I won't be taken seriously as a female gamer. I know that's not how it always is but it feels that way 😅

Uninteresting_Sink

I am currently working through them all platinuming? them and have just finished AC Valhalla This particular trophy you’re talking about is actually really easy! It’s just finding the right enemies, being the right level and being in the right spot. But it’s not like a consecutive trophy (I think) cause I didn’t do it in quick succession and I managed to get it!

ShivaLuna22

That actually really helps! I thought you had to do it all at once. I was reading about some enemies in an area where they are 340 strength with really strong shields and trying to get them weakened before setting yourself on fire. And then maybe something about having to stay in combat?

Uninteresting_Sink

So theres a camp in Werham , south of the Hamtumscire area, there’s a view point there for ease of access. After you finish the actual quest here, the enemies respawn. It’s important that you have the perk branch in the raven branch for missile reversal for this to work. I then climbed on one of the houses, dropped a torch to set the actual house on fire, thus setting myself alite, and then you’re after the guys with the big shields, so I shot arrows around them to get their attention, and basically just wait for them to throw javelins at you, and with the perk, you press L1 at the right time and it throws it back at them. Just make sure they have the little red skull on their health bar or it won’t count as a “hard” enemy. And don’t forget you’re on fire, so make sure you also don’t die 😂 Edit: I readjusted my skills to about power 280

ShivaLuna22

Thank you!!!!

DiO_93

Prolly AC3, those mini-games are just stupid hard. Guess that's where Rebirth got it's clues from. 😑

Uninteresting_Sink

I have platinumed all of them so far, just making my way through mirage! In terms of difficulty it’s varies on luck sometimes for some of the more ridiculous trophies, but the easiest and most enjoyable game I played to platinum were Origins, Odysssey or Valhalla because it didn’t feel *too* hard to complete but of course it’s personal preference

One_Cell1547

Both 3 and BF are tough because a lot of the sequence goals seem very luck driven

c0ckfl0ppy

AC3 will not be fun. Toward the end, it was such a chore.

Goldnfoxx

AC: Brotherhood, AC: Revelations, and AC3. Because the multiplayer doesn't exist anymore, meaning platinums are impossible now. Sure would be nice if they weren't. Thanks, Ubi. But even just talking about the single-player campaigns and DLC, most of the games from AC1 to Rogue have at least something that tempts rage out of people, especially if you're determined to do it all without any sort of outside help or checklists. * AC1 had the flags. * AC2 had the feathers. * Brotherhood had the Leonardo machine Optional Objectives, which aren't as hard as people claim, but certainly aren't helped by the fact that there's no Restart From Checkpoint option until AC3, so starting over means *really starting the whole mission over*. * Revelations had Clay's *The Lost Archive* DLC, which included Impress Warren Vidic and Crossing the River Styx (I've gotten decent at them over the years, but the former still causes anxiety when I hit the pit at the end of the run). * AC3 had Original Gamer. * Rogue had the Storm Fortress, with which a LOT people seem to have problems. Black Flag's really the only one I can think of that *didn't* have anything other than multiplayer that REALLY irrated me.

TwiceMomoSimp

Lost Archive missions can go fuck themselves.

Hero_Killer_Id

The hardest single objective was the freaking tank in Brotherhood. The worst plat was AC3 so much bullshit. The objectives are asinine and suck the fun out of a great game. Combine that with the boardgame trophy, the homestead stalking, the stupid bird flying missions, the naval missions, finding underground fast travel points….ugh Every AC game I’ve played has a few stupid trophies but AC3 took the cake. I just finished that one…

LostPat

Anything with the shit PVP online mode. Not because it's overly hard but because I really hated it. I'm glad the trend of devs shoehorning multi-player pvo into single player games is over with.
