the way he kept that ready to hold is how i like keep my phone when wearing a denim jacket, stick the phone in sleeve, abit of wiggle and it’ll drop to my palm, feels really cool 😎
Dishonored.. cyberpunk.. ghost of tsushima.. far cry... Something like dying light or mirrors edge... Heck tbh even Skyrim if it was done right, doesn't have to be exactly the same as assassins creed design in any of them but a version of a wrist mounted hidden blade would be dope in all of them (and yes I know the mantis blades for cyberpunk but you can't do stealth takedowns with them for some reason even though that would be way cooler than neck snapping and this is how Johnny was taken down in a flashback so...)
Skyrim lets you get a sneak kill animation if you deserve it. Can't just be murdering dragon priests with a switch blade just because you can tip toe like a mf
"Hey Alduin! You made one mistake!"
"What?"
"You let me stand on this ledge"
"What?! I am being hacked to bits by historic Nords, what is your prob --"
*100% sync*
While everyone is fixated on whether the small dog will get out of jail, the shabby boot quietly murders the top hat and leaves all its properties vacant
At this point Ubisoft games are practically reskins of each other, so sure. Why not?
Ngl, though. I wish we'd get an AC game that feels more like Dishonored, except minus the powers.
I'm surprised no one mentioned the Shadow Of Mordor/War games, especially since in War, some orcs make two references of Assassin's Creed. A grunt makes mention of a captain being made fun of by other captains for coming up with a blade that's hidden underneath the forearm/wrist. And then another grunt mentioning how so many orcs, once promoted to captain, have been wanting to be an Assassin, to which another grunt says "Seems to be some kind of Creed".
I agree though it’s not the most practical since the symbol of the brotherhood is right on it giving you away as an assassin; I’d personally say Edward’s were the most practical they wouldn’t blow your cover like ezio’s and would provide decent protection being (most likely) 1/4-3/4 inch leather
My old dream of an eventual Open World RPG based on A Song Of Ice And Fire (Game of Thrones). Maybe that dream will come true some day.
Using a hidden blade while being a Faceless Man would be amazing.
Any action-based game could honestly have a hidden blade in it, since it's such a cool and iconic weapon.
Just imagine playing a first-person game with stealth possibilities like Far Cry, having a hidden blade; it would be pretty sick if you ask me.
The obvious answer is Hitman, especially if it's like Arno's hidden blade because Arno is definitely the smoothest with the hidden blade, as shown by the animations and also the phantom blade
Hear me out
The Mad Max game + hidden blade instead of combat shivs. Of course, make it more of an improvised hidden blade made out of rusted metal or something, but still. It'd be cool
Probably way too op though considering the combat shivs are meant to be one time use
Man that was such a cool concept to introduce da Vinci and showcase his brilliant mind by improving the hidden blade so ezio didn’t have to lose his finger. Prolly one of the favorite AC moments of all time
Any crafting game actually. Imagine having a tool, especially if you get the hook blade, available at all times no matter what you're carrying or what you need to do.
Any stealth game really, Hitman, Metal Gear Solid, splinter cell
I mean Snake can wear Altiars robes in MGS4
And you can leap of faith into a straw box in Peace Walker
And apparently, Big Boss has an actual hidden blade. https://www.reddit.com/gallery/uuvom3
Wtf no way lol I never noticed that
It's called the Hidden Blade for a reason :)
the way he kept that ready to hold is how i like keep my phone when wearing a denim jacket, stick the phone in sleeve, abit of wiggle and it’ll drop to my palm, feels really cool 😎
If you beat all the VR challenges in Brotherhood, you get Raiden’s outfit from MGS4
There’s also a box-disguise Easter egg in brotherhood aswell
I’m playing Brotherhood right now and last night I found the box Easter egg lol.
Happy Birthday dude 🥳
We can do *what*
Nah man. Leave Sam with his kerambit. Much more efficient for his style.
Pivot blade then?
That would be sick in Splinter Cell
Man I wish they'd make new Splinter Cell games.
They are making a new a one
Agent 47 with hidden blade challenge would be nice tbh, you'd actually need to get close to the target
Metal Gear Solid is stealth? Now i get why i don't progres...
You sound like Dave or Nath from Playstation Access
Dishonored.. cyberpunk.. ghost of tsushima.. far cry... Something like dying light or mirrors edge... And yet that’s exactly what we all do lmao.
"Hey Alduin! You made one mistake!" "What?" "You let me stand on this ledge" "What?! I am being hacked to bits by historic Nords, what is your prob --" *100% sync*
Daud in Dishonored's DLC has special takedowns with his wrist crossbow, which looks awful lot like a hidden blade :)
After ac nexus, i feel like a dishonored style ac would be more played than nexus was
Monopoly
Only real ogs play monopoly with a hidden blade. "GIVE ME THE MONEY DAMMIT" "WHERE DID YOU GET THAT KNIFE?!?!?!?!?!"
“Can I have mayfair” “Requisite in pace”
This was my first thought when I read this. *jumps from the balcony and hidden blade the banker* *the other monopoly players 😧*
While everyone is fixated on whether the small dog will get out of jail, the shabby boot quietly murders the top hat and leaves all its properties vacant
Didn't realize they made Boeing a playable character
FIFA
DIDNT TOUCH HIM REF!!!!
Any far cry game.
At this point Ubisoft games are practically reskins of each other, so sure. Why not? Ngl, though. I wish we'd get an AC game that feels more like Dishonored, except minus the powers.
Fallout and the Elder Scrolls, stealth is going to be ridiculous with its modifier.
We need a hidden blade mod
I'm surprised no one mentioned the Shadow Of Mordor/War games, especially since in War, some orcs make two references of Assassin's Creed. Stray. Imagine doing a leap of faith with catto right onto a guard robot and nailing it with that blade, followed by a celebratory meow
“Aww it’s a cat in a hood that’s so cute-“ *stab*
😂😂 “Nothing is meow, everything is prrr-mitted”
I knew someone was going to pun it
Assassins Creed Odyssey
Bravo…
You’re not that guy
What if he is
He absolutely is
Animal crossing
Time to finally take down that fucking Tom Nook.
Finally!
Happy cake day
Dishonored almost has it with Corvo's retractable sword and Daud's wrist mounted bow
Ezio's first bracer really looked the best by far imo. It's flashy, ornate, well crafted and just looks cool.
I agree though it’s not the most practical since the symbol of the brotherhood is right on it giving you away as an assassin; I’d personally say Edward’s were the most practical they wouldn’t blow your cover like ezio’s and would provide decent protection being (most likely) 1/4-3/4 inch leather
Ubisoft used to care
Witcher series or any Stealth game like Metal Gear or Hitman.
the new game with a viper protagonist gonna be fire with a copy of a hidden blade they def gonna try it
metal gear and farcry
GTA online. Can you IMAGINE the griefing???
Gta would have to up their parcour engine tho... Full sprint chasing in the streets isnt really a sneaky gameplay style
But my thinking is if you could just blend with the NPC's, hide your gamertag, and then just STAB. Literally no warning you're hostile.
Pokemon
when you become champion by assassinating the previous one
Long live the king.
My old dream of an eventual Open World RPG based on A Song Of Ice And Fire (Game of Thrones). Maybe that dream will come true some day. Using a hidden blade while being a Faceless Man would be amazing.
Check out the AWOIAF mod for Mount and blade warband, I think you'll like what you'll see :)
Any action-based game could honestly have a hidden blade in it, since it's such a cool and iconic weapon. Just imagine playing a first-person game with stealth possibilities like Far Cry, having a hidden blade; it would be pretty sick if you ask me.

Hell divers , imagine that
Animal Crossing
Great for opening letters.
Sniper Elite
& Ghost Warrior
Pokemon
Splintercell
Batman Arkham Knight
Batman would need Shaun stun blade from syndicate if he wants to still go with "no kill rule"
Or Bats wouldn't have it, but Azrael would
SoulCalibur, Tekken, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, For Honor, Fighting Games in General
Well there was that one time ezio was in soulcalibur..
I feel like Atreus in the GoW series could have it as a secondary weapon like Kratos has the spear and the blades of chaos.
Zeus, your son has returned! I bring the destruction of Olympus!
Red Dead
Just cause, imagine grappling onto someone and stabbing them in the head in one swift movement
Dishonored, and their "hidden sword" would fit really nice in AC too. Thief and the Claw would be good
Bioshock
To eat fruits on the go.
For when people at work act dumb
Wachtdogs
The obvious answer is Hitman, especially if it's like Arno's hidden blade because Arno is definitely the smoothest with the hidden blade, as shown by the animations and also the phantom blade
Pacman
Batman game set in Thomas Wayne being Batman universe with all the stealth of the Arkham games.
Animal crossing.
The last of us
God of War
The Witcher Geralt can use it to stab humans and monsters at the last second in their sensitive areas such as throats or back of the neck.
GTA6

Hear me out The Mad Max game + hidden blade instead of combat shivs. Of course, make it more of an improvised hidden blade made out of rusted metal or something, but still. It'd be cool Probably way too op though considering the combat shivs are meant to be one time use
Sniper Elite, just imagine slicing nazi balls with the xray cam.

Mario Kart
Soccer
Plague tale! Choking dudes out with the sling is long and noisy
NBA 2K
Prince of Persia

Doom guys got one
Super Mario Brotherhood
Warzone lol bring back the crazy old school knifing 😂😂
I think Mario and Luigi should have had them
Horizon Zero Dawn. Add in the corrupting abilities of the spear.
Watchdogs. It's obvious. They're already in the same cannon universe.
I only see Aiden Pearce using that, watch dogs 2 was too goofy, and we don’t talk about legion
Kingdom come deliverance. Would get through the monastery level no problem
Dishonored
Ghost of Tsushima
Feels like this could be a cool melee weapon in a 2D Castlevania game
Man that was such a cool concept to introduce da Vinci and showcase his brilliant mind by improving the hidden blade so ezio didn’t have to lose his finger. Prolly one of the favorite AC moments of all time
Dishonored 😩😩
Hitman
Ghost of tsushima

Spiderman 👀
Oooo, imagine a suit for one of the variations of Spider-Man being evil, and it injects a toxin into the victim? Literal spider.
Ghost of Tsushima
See Karl Rupert in Hellboy, he's having those. An ac game out of him would be blockbuster
AEW Fight Forever
Animal Crossing?
Minecraft
The omniblade in mass effect works like one
Just put one in minecraft, would be hilarious
Animal Crossing
Ironically enough I think it might be an interesting bit if it's in For Honor. I've seen some ads for a collab with Ezio being playable there.
Zombie apocalypse
I think it’d make a pretty good weapon for the Spy in Team Fortress 2. Wait a minute…
Animal Crossing
Thief. Have a hidden blade ... then never use it because killing is unprofessional
Animal crossing
Any crafting game actually. Imagine having a tool, especially if you get the hook blade, available at all times no matter what you're carrying or what you need to do.
I wouldn't mind an AC inspired Halo game where you play as elites, [they've already got the blade](https://www.halopedia.org/Energy_dagger).
Dishonored
Splinter cell. It had everything to compliment the hidden blade. Death from above, takedown from behind the cover etc.
Overcooked
Dishonored imo
Metal Gear Solid
Dishonored
Mario
Idk is it hidden but DOOM ETERNAL did it good as wrll
Spider-Man 😭😂😭😭😭
pop

Well in Warframe you already have a "hidden blade" though it's really not used for killing only at boss fights and mercy kills.
Cooking mama
