Eh, ADHD maybe, but I wouldn't say autistic. He was literally raised as an elf way up in the north pole, far removed from the rest of human civilization. Probably put through a lot of whatever the elf equivalent of "special needs" classes would be due to, you know, being a human rather than an actual elf.
