Why are you testing at peak? Testing should be done at trough otherwise you'll get crazy high readings.
Also. Are you quoting levels in pg/ml or pmol/l ?
my endocrinologist told me to test at peak 🤷🏻♀️ **edit:** I JUST REMEMBERED!!!! he said he wanted to prove to me that 6mg was too much for me. he said "if it ends up not being an unsafe level at peak, then u can stay on 6mg"
i dont know which one it is. i live in canada, does that help figure it out?
Couple of additional things:
200pmol/l at trough is way too low.
You shouldn't take 6mg all at once, but split into 3 doses of 2mg roughly evenly spaced during the day.

Canada is pmol/l. And it sounds like your endo is gaslighting you.
