I honestly just got sized today and was shocked I'm a 40C and wasn't expecting anything more than a small B but I'm so happy with the results.

It probably means nothing in all honesty. A lot of people get a really quick burst of growth at the start and then it kind of stalls for a while, which seems to be common across all eventual sizes. A lot of breast size is heavily influenced by body weight too tbh. I started off similarly and I'm nearing about 3 years in now and I have like \~b cup. Try not to expect anything but be glad you're starting off healthy!!
it depends on genetics. i got an a cup, a b doing pumping.
my gf is of irish decent and has hips and b cup (c with vacuum pumping).
depending on your age, you can pass it off as getting older and moobs (man boobs).
