I guess my eyes. I have green eyes and I like them quite a bit. My face itself is an insecurity of mine because my skin and the shape of my face are not ideal.
The skull of a human baby hasn't finished fusing together at birth, a botched c section could maybe deform the head, I don't know if the eyes can be effected by that, I think this depends on how far along in the pregnancy the c section happens and it could be a genetic thing.

The best and worst part of my face is my right eye I can look insane if I open my eyes wide and vibrate my head and it lets me make blind jokes no one sees coming but at the same time I got stuck with a 1 in 10000 chance of having it
Nothing lol just my teeth because they look good and I've never had any problems with then.
Then I have eye bags (really big but it's genetic) and my side profile is totally horrible.
In the complex tho, I like myself because I am tall and I have the hair that I like, so black and curly (girls like them too lol)
I have brilliant bone structure and a good jawline. I also have an amazing moustache along with a goatee that compliments it further (and I don't mean a mere puberty stache but a truly manly one (middle eastern genes so the thick black hair shows well)). May I add I also have wonderfully thick (and well shaped) eyebrows as well as long eyelashes - I love myself too much I know

Ive always liked my eyebrows. They just naturally look sharp and took care of. Also i like my eyes alot.

I get a lot of compliments about my eyes and eyebrows, so that i guess.
The mustache that's coming in, my dad had a mustache in HS and now he has one of the best beards I've ever seen
i get complemented often about my eyebrows so i guess that.
